Alexys Carthen, Founder & Brand Specialist

A leader, lifetime student, business architect, and philanthropist—might I add an athlete. Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Management and Marketing) and a Master’s in Business Analytics. My studies have given me a unique perspective on leadership, and my athletic career has shown me the importance of discipline and perseverance.Being a leader has taught me how important it is to show humility and have the willingness to learn. I consider myself a business architect because no matter the industry, I can give you a blueprint on how to elevate your business in just a few business days. I believe that to see success, you must first make noise in the community. I take joy in knowing that every obstacle and challenge I have faced and will face in life is not futile, but can be used to improve the lives of others.I measure success not by money, but by the morality and success of those who come after me. In other words, I have done nothing if those whose lives I have impacted are not elevated. Lastly, let everything I do be done in excellence with all glory going to God.
